About this role
Role Overview
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the mid market segment
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, managing multiple deals in parallel
Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers across target accounts
Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover client challenges, priorities, and buying drivers
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate value and business impact
Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support deal progression and seamless onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, messaging, and team performance through insight sharing
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology
Confident managing the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to close
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with strong organisational skills
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of governance or the boardroom environment is an advantage but not essential
Gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders
