Role Overview
- Focus tax engagements for individual and business clients
- Gather information from clients and complete assignments
- Monitor and report on assigned engagements' status
- Prepare and review federal, state and local tax returns
- Answer tax-related questions for clients
- Work independently and produce valuable work
- Perform basic tax planning, research, and consulting engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or near completion required
- Master's Degree and/or Licensed CPA or CPA-Candidate strongly preferred
- One to three years of tax experience in a CPA firm strongly preferred
- Proficient with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) and Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail
- Sound communication and analytical skills
- Ability to advise team and clients on services and solutions
