Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope
Support the product owner to maintain the product backlog
Facilitating scrum activities (daily standups, demos, planning, retros) as needed
Helps to remove impediments from the development team
Helps to lead the organization to the transition to a working Agile framework
Provides updates, status, and progress metrics for development programs
Understanding of program details, deliverables, and deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years Scrum Master experience on software development team
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience working with technical teams
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent leadership and communications skills required
SAFe Certification(s) (bonus skill)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (bonus skill)
Experience with Agile management tools like JIRA, Azure, or Trello (bonus skill)
