Partner with MSP leaders to define and execute a technical go-to-market plan for the MSP business in EMEA
Lead partner enablement and onboarding sessions, including installation workshops, best-practice configuration, and use-case enablement for Secure Endpoint and Secure Access
Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and demonstrations that articulate business value to both partners and their customers
Plan and execute PoV engagements, including scoping, environment design, installation, configuration, testing, and success measurement
Develop technical enablement assets (demo scripts, deployment templates, best-practice guides) to accelerate partner readiness and consistency
Provide ongoing technical mentorship for new MSP partners, supporting their first customer deployments and early operational success
Collaborate with Product Management and Partner Enablement teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to continuous improvement of the MSP technical experience
Support regional events and partner training sessions, representing Absolute as a trusted advisor in the MSP and cybersecurity ecosystem
Stay current on emerging technologies, competitive positioning, and regulatory trends relevant to MSPs and enterprise cybersecurity
Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers
Requirements
Proven experience in sales engineering or solution architecture, ideally in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or secure access technologies
Strong technical background in security, networking, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure
Experience working with or within MSPs, with a clear understanding of service delivery models and recurring revenue motions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both technical and business audiences
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment across sales, channel, and technical functions
Proficiency in English; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a strong advantage
Understanding of AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics, or other endpoint or network security tools
Familiarity with popular firewall vendors and basic rule design
Familiarity with endpoint security and patch management policies
Strong understanding of Windows (Desktop and Server), macOS, and Linux operating systems, including network stacks
Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments to support evaluations on customers’ premises or with the Absolute cloud hosted products
Experience with complex technical sales cycles, including deep discovery as well as scoping, executing, and presenting complex PoVs
Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels of people, from IT, Network and Security managers to Line of Business owners to CIO and CISOs
Understanding of data-in-transit security, including TLS, IPsec, VPNs, PKI, and certificate management
Understanding of network services and systems including routing and local and wide area network design
Understanding of authentication methods and protocols including SAML and RADIUS
