About this role

You'll visit people in their homes to carry out vital research interviews on important topics like health, housing and transport.
Using a tablet or laptop, you'll guide conversations that capture real experiences of daily life in Britain.
You'll be out in your community, knocking on doors.
People receive a letter beforehand, but they're not always expecting you. Some won't answer. Others will say no. That's completely normal and part of the role.
When someone says yes and shares their story, you'll know you've helped create change that improves people's lives.
