- Create A/B testing routines, refine creatives, and identify new scaling opportunities.
- Monitor results closely with clarity and a focus on performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure consistency across the customer journey.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and the growth of clients.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in traffic management and performance marketing.
- Proficiency with major paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and quick decision-making.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Desire to grow, learn, and work in a continuous-building environment.
- Experience with e-commerce.
- Knowledge of funnel analysis and advanced metrics.
- Experience with testing, CRO, and scaling strategies.
