Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules such as Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects.
Conduct gap analysis, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector.
Hands-on experience with core banking domains such as: Treasury / Treasury Operations, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.
Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
