Record accounting entries in an ERP system (e.g., Domínio, Conta Azul, etc.)
Support the reconciliation of general ledger and bank accounts
Assist in preparing and submitting statutory and tax filings
Support the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements
Maintain and organize accounting and tax documentation
Assist in responding to client requests
Collaborate with other departments (HR/Payroll, Tax, and Finance) to align information
Assist with onboarding new clients
Assist with and learn the processes for reviews, period-end closings, and financial statement preparation
Assist in training junior clerks and assistants
