About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, competition, event calendar and operating costs;
Lead market and trend analyses, generating insights for strategic revenue decisions;
Oversee demand forecasts and ensure the accuracy of data used in commercial decisions;
Develop and monitor price differentiation strategies by segment (corporate, OTAs, groups, among others);
Monitor key revenue KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate, pickup, forecast) and propose action plans based on results;
Align Revenue activities with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring cross-functional synergy and a focus on results;
Evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives, proposing improvements and opportunities;
Monitor competitor behavior and adjust strategies quickly and proactively;
Promote Revenue Management best practices across properties, ensuring standardization and operational excellence;
Support leadership in defining targets, budgets and commercial strategies.
Requirements
Previous experience in Revenue Management, with strong command of KPIs and area strategies
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and distribution channels (OTAs)
Analytical and strategic profile, with strong communication skills and technical leadership
Previous experience coordinating teams or multidisciplinary projects is desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism
