Conduct regular audits to assess compliance risks and recommend practical mitigation measures.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities and findings for internal use and regulatory inspection.
Collaborate with various departments to help ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
Stay informed about changes to laws and regulations affecting the gaming industry and update policies accordingly.
Provide support during regulatory reviews and audits, ensuring that all requested information is readily available.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming and betting sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to gambling and casino operations.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
