About this role

Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
Perform bank reconciliations
Ensure that financial planning and analysis practices comply with internal policies and external regulations
Prepare and present financial reports to investors and clients, highlighting results and projections
Gather information directly from real estate developers and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of financial data
Collaborate with various departments to collect information and understand financial needs

Experience in the real estate market is a plus
Familiarity with chart of accounts
Understanding of financial scenarios, including costs, expenses, sales and other critical factors
Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for projections and scenario analysis
