Work closely with a team of editors, designers, and ACDs in the execution of all video editing deliverables for your pod and owned accounts
Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels
Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts
Collaborate with our Production & Strategy teams to craft both original and iterative ads for various marketing channels, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Continuously optimize output by applying learnings from performance metrics, external references, and popular trends across social platforms
Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, project file organization, file naming, etc.
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Requirements
4+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)
Proficient in various video editing tools and other software (Adobe premier, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
Creative and innovative thinker
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
