We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with proven experience in prospecting and converting strategic B2B leads.
This professional will be responsible for generating opportunities and managing them, acting both as hunter and farmer within their segment.
A consultative and collaborative approach with teams that include finance — responsible for corporate expenses — will be essential.
Build trusted relationships with strategic stakeholders (HR leaders, CFOs, finance teams);
Develop strategies to expand revenue through consultative selling of additional solutions;
Lead executive meetings and QBRs with a data-driven perspective, demonstrating delivered value and a future plan.

Proven experience in the financial market, with strong regional knowledge and significant engagement with large clients.
Ability to navigate complex corporate structures with multiple stakeholders;
Analytical mindset, strategic planning skills and a focus on value generation;
Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills;
Collaborative, resilient profile with strong ownership;
Experience with financial solutions and expense management;
Track record working in HR Techs, fintechs or B2B SaaS;
Familiarity with customer success and expansion KPIs (ARR, LTV, CAC, etc.).
