Role Overview

• Provide over-the-phone and video consecutive interpretation in medical, legal, and social service environments
• Accurately convey messages while maintaining professional neutrality and confidentiality
• Research terminology to ensure a thorough understanding of specialized fields
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to bridge gaps between diverse backgrounds

Requirements

• Native-level or near-native fluency in both Korean and English (C1/C2 level)
• Ability to handle high-pressure or sensitive situations with grace
• Outstanding listening, retention, and note-taking abilities
• Previous interpretation experience is preferred
