Responsible for gathering user requirements and feedback, synthesizing the requirements, and defining high-impact features and product enhancements

Participate in product research and user acceptance testing (by engaging with customers directly) to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct competitive analysis to support campaigns, develop event-driven opportunities, and enhance the website's competitive content
Requirements
Experience with Figma
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience is a bonus.
Experience in product design of mobile and web products.
Experience with vibe designing using AI tools
Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, balance, spacing, and motion to create clear and engaging interfaces
Knowledge of layouts, typography, color theory, and design systems across web and digital products
Ability to contribute to UI/UX design, branding elements, and basic iconography
Familiarity with designing for web and responsive experiences
6 months to 2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields (e.g., IT, software, or digital products)
Understanding of core UI/UX principles such as usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
Ability to translate requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs
Willingness to learn, iterate, and grow through feedback in a collaborative environment
