Design, implement, and deploy high-performing data science models to improve the performance of our LLM-based agentic system
Establish and implement rigorous evaluation methodologies to measure agent performance, reliability, safety, bias, drift, and effectiveness
Provide technical guidance to a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Software Engineers, modeling data science best practices
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate ambitious product requirements into actionable, high-impact data science problems to solve
Work on multiple data science problems, including Identity solutions, agentic solutions and other customer facing products

MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years designing and building large scale data science models in a production setting
Demonstrated expertise in agentic AI concepts and the use of agentic AI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences; strong influence skills across teams
Proficiency with Python and SQL and relevant ML libraries
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as GCP
