Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline. Or equivalent experience.
4+ years of professional experience in complex site investigation/remediation projects, with a focus on project/program controls management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large, long-term remediation programs.
Advanced knowledge of California regulatory frameworks (CERCLA, RWQCB, DTSC, CUPAs) and strong negotiation skills with regulators.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and client relationship skills.
Demonstrated success in business development for large programs/contracts.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior management, clients, and regulators.
