Responsible for implementing the long-term upstream sales strategy in the assigned territories through insulation technical leadership
Driving insulation product specification and penetration
Establishing a customer base of mechanical engineers, specifiers, owners, and key stakeholders
Developing new opportunities and capturing market share to ensure commercial business achievement within the focused industry of Refrigeration
Providing advice to optimize system performance, and knowledge on Code compliance
Becoming an insulation technical expert for insulation users throughout the assigned territories
Conducting technical applications training programs including reviews and revision of these to certify the contractors and supervisors on job sites
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or related field required
Minimum of 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, equipment industries with a familiarity of the refrigeration industry preferred
Expert knowledge on bid/specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets
The ability to read mechanical drawings to identify application and equipment for products
The ability to travel up to 65%
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com, or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
