Support video production and image capture using smartphones or cameras, ensuring aesthetic quality and narrative consistency.
Edit videos using mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar), optimizing cuts, captions, titles, and pacing according to each platform's style.
Research trends, viral formats, sounds, and best practices to keep content current and optimized for social media algorithms.
Organize, publish, and archive audiovisual assets, assist with weekly content planning, and monitor basic performance metrics.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 6th semester) in Film, Advertising, Radio & TV, or related fields.
Advanced or fluent English, due to regular exposure to international topics, references, and partners.
Residence in São Paulo, SP, as the role requires in-person attendance for recordings and team interaction.
Previous experience creating content for social media and proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar).
Strong communication and writing skills for scriptwriting, familiarity with internet culture, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
