Role Overview

• Test Planning and Execution. Develop comprehensive test plans covering manual, automated, and performance testing based on an understanding of product requirements and business processes.
• Automated Testing, Performance and Stress Testing. Be able to create and maintain efficient automated testing frameworks, writing test scripts and implementing automated testing processes.
• Defect Management and Communication Collaboration. Accurately record and track defects found during testing. Maintain close communication with cross-functional team members, collaborate to solve problems during testing, and promote the smooth progress of projects.

Requirements

• Have at least 7 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with experience working in fast
• paced and complex project environments preferred.
• Have 5 years of experience in automated testing and test case design, and be familiar with test plan development.
• Have defined and evolved test strategies and driving quality for big and complex releases.
• Are proficient in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.
• Have rich experience in automated testing and be familiar with various automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Robot framework, etc.
• Are proficient in API testing (such as Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing (such as JMeter, Gatling).
• Understand database operations (such as SQL) and have the ability to operate in a Linux environment.
• Are familiar with Agile development methods and are able to work efficiently in an Agile team.
• Have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and be able to quickly locate and solve complex problems during software testing.
• Have good organizational, collaborative, and time-management skills, and be able to work effectively in a multi-tasking and cross-team environment.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people from different departments and levels.
• Have the ability to work independently, complete tasks with limited guidance, and be proactive in learning and adapting to new work requirements.
• Have an innovative mindset and a passion for learning new technologies, and be able to continuously explore and apply new testing methods and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of testing work.
