Role Overview
- Assume leadership role within assigned accounts
- Build a strategic account plan
- Manage internal and external team dynamics
- Identify and qualify high value opportunities within accounts
- Conduct business coaching and strategy sessions
- Maintain working knowledge of customer’s business model
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience
- Broad understanding of health system business and market trends
- Proven ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage
