About this role
Role Overview
The pre-sales team is responsible for identifying business opportunities within a large volume of leads.
You will be responsible for RD's first contact with potential clients.
Generate and communicate value in what we do throughout all stages of the sales process.
Improve on insights gathered during this journey and further enhance the experience of those getting to know RD.
Use CRM systems (Salesforce) for historical record-keeping.
Requirements
Previous experience in pre-sales or sales at tech/SaaS companies;
Experience working with multi-product strategies;
Knowledge of marketing automation tools;
Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management, campaign tracking and customer communication;
Consultative skills grounded in sales techniques and playbooks;
Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured and effective approach (e.g., SPIN Selling);
Understanding of key sales performance metrics;
Ability to deliver high-performance results in high-volume environments;
Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
