Role Overview
- Develop understanding of Client Engagement Services business goals
- Establish product vision, roadmaps, and release plans
- Monitor technology trends, particularly AI, to inform strategy
- Design and manage AI and automation solutions
- Translate business requirements into actionable specifications
- Lead scrum team through backlog management and sprint planning
- Build relationships with stakeholders and utilize input for product priorities
- Analyze data for product enhancements and measure business value of solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in math, statistics, engineering or a related field desired
- 5-8 years of experience in digital product management
- Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders
- Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities
- Experience managing software development initiatives within Agile frameworks
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with experience leveraging data for decision making
- Expertise in strategic planning and strong business acumen
- Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly and effectively
