Requirements
Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, understanding their principles, practices and applicability in different contexts;
Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello for planning, tracking and controlling team activities;
Knowledge of the Azure DevOps platform, including its features for project management, version control, build and release, and testing;
Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies: Deep expertise in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review and Retrospective), with the ability to run them effectively and engagingly, ensuring active participation from all team members.
Impediment Management: Ability to identify, analyze and remove impediments that may block the team's progress, seeking creative and collaborative solutions.
Promotion of Agile Practices: Deep knowledge and experience applying agile practices such as incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery, aimed at optimizing the development process and delivering value to the customer.
Conflict Management: Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, creating a positive and challenging work environment where members feel engaged and committed to project goals.
Continuous Delivery of Value: Focus on delivering customer value incrementally and continuously, prioritizing the features that generate the greatest impact and business value.
Hold one or more of the following certifications: Scrum Alliance, PSM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Fundamentals, ASF, ASM;
Experience in the financial sector;
Experience in leadership roles managing development teams at acquiring/payment processing companies.
