Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Develop and optimize campaigns focused on B2C lead generation and customer acquisition
Drive qualified leads through the full sales funnel, from awareness to conversion
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality

5+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns
Experience running ads designed to generate leads and move prospects through a sales pipeline
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Previous experience working with construction, home services, or trade-related businesses
