Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for CRM, Salesforce, and other projects
Create project plans, identify constraints and dependencies
Proactively manage project risks and mitigation
Control scope and evaluate business priorities
Define goals, measure progress, manage cross-functional team dependencies and timelines
Facilitate requirements gathering and fit gap sessions
Maintain project documentation in MS Project, Confluence, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
Participate in cross-functional Steering Committees
Lead cross-functional teams, hold regular project reviews, and drive progress
Collaborate with various areas of the organization
Ensure that key stakeholder objectives are achieved throughout the transformation
Produce clear and concise executive reports and present to an executive-level audience
Manage dependencies between multiple projects and business unit needs
Successfully lead the delivery of projects utilizing direct and non-direct reports
Make and drive timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent field, or MBA
7+ years of project management experience
5+ years of experience as a project manager on complex transformational technical projects
Prior experience directly managing CRM, Salesforce, CPQ, and related implementations in an Enterprise environment
Expert knowledge in lead to order operations
Ability to converse in technical language and knowledge of Salesforce, CRMs, and other systems, systems integration, data, and application development
Experience in risk identification, assessment, and management; able to manage risks, not just the risk log
Familiarity with Agile and SDLC
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams comprised of internal resources, shared enterprise resources, and 3rd party vendors / implementation partners
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Conflict management skills
Ability to analyze data and communicate technical concepts
