Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices
Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations
Contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
Help customers develop Success Plans
Measure customers’ achievement of key performance indicators

3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles
Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong problem-solving skills
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
Fluent French and English
