Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading operations or financial markets
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, and blockchain technology
Excellent understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure
Regulatory compliance knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
