Responsible for managing an independent, high-net-worth client portfolio with complex individual requirements.
Represent the bank to clients and within the relevant market environment.
Actively drive sustainable growth through targeted new-client acquisition and the continuous expansion of existing client relationships.
Conduct regular strategic client meetings and provide holistic, tailored advice—particularly on investments, retirement planning and succession/estate planning.
Deliver sustainable advisory outcomes through structured approaches and close collaboration with internal specialist teams on complex issues.
Strategically develop client relationships with a focus on maximizing long-term potential.
Requirements
Completed commercial banking training (banking apprenticeship), ideally supplemented by a degree or further qualification.
Many years of solid experience in advising and selling financial services, particularly in the affluent private client and/or wealth management environment.
Proven track record in client acquisition as well as in sustainably expanding and fully leveraging client potential.
Strong expertise in investments and sound knowledge of MiFID-compliant advisory processes and product ranges.
Excellent communication and advisory skills, strong client
and team-orientation, and a confident, persuasive manner even in complex and demanding advisory situations.
