Territory Sales and Service Representative

Role Overview

• Manage your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions for customers
• Leverage tools and technology to conduct customer visits and recommend my programs and solutions to customers
• Communicate total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
• Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
• Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers' operations are fully functional
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
