Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications.

Leverage AI-powered Salesforce tools to enhance user experience and business insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Oversee code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus.
