Lead and facilitate HRSD discovery workshops with business and HR stakeholders
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current-state HR processes and challenges
Translate business requirements into HRSD-aligned use cases
Assess feasibility of use cases within ServiceNow HRSD capabilities
Advise on best-practice HRSD design and operating models
Develop discovery documentation, including findings, recommendations, and assumptions
Create and present executive-ready materials, including the HRSD business case and roadmap
Collaborate with client teams to validate insights and recommendations
Demonstrate strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, including but not limited to: Employee Verification, Contract Change requests, New Hire HR requests, Personal Data Updates, Leave Requests, Generic HR Case Management, Basic HR dashboards and reporting, Integration with SuccessFactors
Requirements
Strong functional experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Proven experience leading discovery and advisory engagements
Ability to translate HR business needs into platform-aligned solutions
Experience building business cases and executive presentations
ServiceNow HRSD Certification (good to have)
Experience working with organizations already using ServiceNow for non-HR functions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
