Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team.
Researching, troubleshooting, and supporting of multiple SAP modules for our global clients who use both 4.x and ECC environments.
Diagnose serious issues; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in complex, integrated and highly configured environments.
Understand the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives.
Ensure a consistent experience to the various users on the client's side in collaboration with other department professionals.
Write the code using ABAP programming language and perform regular usability tests on the code.
Ensure that all programs are completed in schedule as per the client's guidelines.
Provide technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications.

5+ years’ experience in the field of ABAP and FIORI programming and SAP modules
5+ years’ experience in BTP (administration and integration skills)
3+ years knowledge of SAP systems such as FI/CO, MM and SD is also required
Prior experience in object-oriented programming, ABAP lists and other related fields
A track record of successful bug free codes written for clients
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP ( Cloud Foundry, Destinations, Connectivity , CI/CD pipelines).
Design and exposure of OData/REST APIs and API Management on BTP.
Experience with SAP CAP (Node/Java) and ABAP RAP programming models.
Proven ability to develop and troubleshoot Brazil localization requirements (Nota Fiscal, tax determination, fiscal document processing).
Advanced performance analysis and optimization using SAP tools (SQLM, ST05, SAT, ATC).
Collaboration with BW/Analytics teams (custom extractors, ETL routines, error handling).
Security best practices for ABAP and BTP developments (authorization checks, secrets management, audit logging).
Experience working in highly customized environments (Z routines, user-exits, enhancements).
Ability to handle critical incidents and working under SLA-driven environments.
Proven track record in documentation and knowledge transfer activities (such as KT sessions, producing runbooks, and solution documentation).
