About this role
Role Overview
- Report to the Global Accounting Compliance Controller
- Maintain and manage the Onestream system
- Ensure integrity, performance, and reliability of the system
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Support end users and drive enhancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial control and reporting processes
- Leverage automation and AI capabilities within Onestream
- Produce documentation and develop user training
Requirements
- Experience in Onestream system administration
- Proficient in Excel and other Office 365 applications
- Understanding of accounting concepts and principles
- Knowledge of core financial processes and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Business partnering experience
- Experience in user training and system roadmap development
- Experience documenting processes and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Degree level or equivalent
- Exposure to AI
- or automation-enabled finance tools (desirable)
- Experience supporting system upgrades, testing cycles, or UAT (desirable)
