Senior Fullstack Engineer

Role Overview

• Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, including early-stage product meetings, architecture design, development, test strategy, deployment to production, monitoring, alerting and support
• Support and collaborate with other engineers on the team to develop our backend projects together
• Adapt existing feature implementations to address growing scalability challenges
• Develop new functionality to meet internal and external requirements so that Daily remains compliant in the markets where we operate

Requirements

• We are looking for a Fullstack candidate with at least 5 years of experience
• Deep expertise in Python (Flask + FastAPI) and React (React Router + TypeScript + Vite). You can seamlessly switch between backend logic and frontend UX
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL). Experience with PostGIS is a strong plus
• Computer science background (strong engineering fundamentals in database design, algorithms and data structures, networking, abstractions, security)
• Ability to find the right balance between rapid iteration and quality of delivery
• Ability to take ambitious technical challenges from conception to production-ready
• Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools
• Fluent in French and English
