Architect, Engineering Manager

Role Overview

• Develop and optimize relationships within the A&E program
• Identify and promote solutions tailored to market segments
• Ensure solutions align with needs and expectations of consultant community
• Increase awareness of the A&E program by promoting its benefits and providing education
• Drive internal and external strategies in the video surveillance industry
• Cultivate and manage business relationships with A&E program members
• Build relationships with new consultants
• Support consultants by advising on specifications around Axis network products
• Proactively educate the consultant community on industry challenges
• Define strategy and actions in line with regional goals
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Articulate and possess engaging presentation skills
• Experience developing and executing business plans that exceed your objectives
• A self-driven and motivated person
• Creative in your thinking and keep a can-do, positive attitude
• An active spokesperson in industry forums and associations
• Familiar with systems such as CRM and Salesforce
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
