Role Overview
- Conceive and maintain the "Welcomer" and "Electronic Invoicing" training catalog
- Recruit and onboard training consultants
- Train and develop consultants' skills
- Drive training performance and quality
- Develop and deploy electronic invoicing expertise
- Plan and coordinate training sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pennylane teams
- Lead and unite the training consultant team
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Pennylane
- Knowledge of the accounting firm ecosystem
- Forward-looking vision and ability to anticipate needs
- Proven talent for teaching technical knowledge
- Comfortable with videoconferencing tools and remote facilitation techniques
- Experience managing and coordinating educational service providers
- Ability to build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with our partner firms
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing regulations
