Customer facing responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market, ability to achieve timeliness of objectives
Primary responsibility will be Sales in the Data Center vertical
Focus on Data Center projects and sell solutions related to Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers
Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services
Collaborate with region sales managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges
Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s)
Develop and own with the support of the regional sales managers, strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies
Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities
Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Data Centre strategic customer accounts
Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing
Perform periodic account reviews with management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree OR (High School Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of direct sales, Channels sales, account or team leadership experience)
Additional 5 years of experience in direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time as required
2 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers
Strong knowledge of Data Centre industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements, experience working with colocators, hyperscalers and developers
Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presenting solutions to stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and main relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated strong communication, presentation skills with different levels of management, executive, engineering and operations.
