Support the presales process end-to-end by coordinating client interactions
Structure proposals and align internal teams
Help position Dev.Pro’s solutions to meet client needs
Conduct initial client calls, qualify Sales requests, clarify missing information, and maintain communication flow
Document client call outcomes, including goals, constraints, value drivers, assumptions, risks, and dependencies impacting proposals and pricing
Engage SMEs, Proposal Leads, BAs, and tech experts as needed, updating Sales and stakeholders on blockers, SLAs, and decisions
Prioritize presales requests based on urgency, lead level, and deadlines, validating materials for completeness and compliance
Perform initial lead research and analysis (industry, product, competitors, tech stack) and prepare draft “Dev.Pro match” materials
Prepare presales materials, including 3C and 2B decks
Define win strategies, value propositions, and clear “why us” positioning by translating client pain points into Dev.Pro strengths and aligning with the Sales strategy
Own proposal structure (response outline, RFP mapping) and validate consistency across SMEs
Ensure timely presales outputs, maintain proposal standards, and build or delegate narratives and executive summaries
Support negotiation strategy by aligning proposal messaging and value positioning with Sales and Delivery stakeholders
Facilitate presales meetings by preparing agendas, talking points, responsibilities, and expected outcomes with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholders
Ensure proposals meet client expectations, with clear, structured follow-ups summarizing decisions, questions, next steps, and owners
Set and communicate expectations for updates, response times, and milestones
Requirements
4+ years of presales/proposal management experience in software services
End-to-end ownership of the proposal lifecycle, from qualification through submission
Experience with discovery, refining unclear inputs, and aligning next steps with sales, delivery, and clients
Ability to turn client needs and pain points into a clear proposal strategy and compelling value messaging
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams around a unified proposal narrative
Ability to structure proposal content, ensuring consistency and quality under tight deadlines
Strong research skills across industry, client context, competitors, and solution assumptions
Solid understanding of SDLC and effective collaboration with technical experts
Strong written and verbal English, with experience in presentations and stakeholder communication
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and decision-making in dynamic presales environments
Experience delivering software products or projects as a PM, PdM, or BA
Domain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retail industries
