Develop and maintain client-facing reports for digital marketing campaigns across all brands and live campaigns
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities and provide feedback back to clients, sellers, and the fulfillment team
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables with accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with campaign teams to gather necessary data and metrics
Maintain reporting templates and standardize processes for consistency
Ensure all reports meet quality standards and client specifications
Requirements
Background knowledge of digital marketing products including display ads, retargeting, email marketing, lead generation, webinars, and social media paid advertising
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets and Asana
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
