Role Overview
Act strategically and end-to-end on projects, from a thorough understanding of the brief to final delivery;
Define, recommend and defend the methodology best suited to the project objectives and business needs;
Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of the different phases of studies;
Lead the development and validation of questionnaires and tabulation plans for processing;
Ensure the technical quality of analyses, comprehensive reports and executive summaries;
Serve as the primary interface with vendors, directing requests, monitoring performance and validating deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field;
Solid experience with quantitative research methodologies and techniques;
Ability to carry out all stages of market research, from briefing through analysis and delivery (sample design, questionnaire development, tabulation plan, processing and analysis);
Proficiency in advanced statistical analyses, including modeling, regression, factor analysis and segmentation;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into relevant, actionable business insights;
Experience with SPSS, Python or R;
Advanced Excel;
Data storytelling skills;
Experience in research institutes or in-house research teams within companies.
