About this role
Role Overview
Act as a "Trusted Adviser" for prospects and customers.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities in small and mid-sized business.
Apply a solution selling approach to customers’ core needs.
Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers.
Provide feedback on customer needs to improve solutions.
Utilize Salesforce daily to maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Collaborate with WEX Telematics Customer Success Team.
Actively mentor junior colleagues and share best practices.
Requirements
5+ years sales experience
minimum 1 year selling telematics or similar vehicle management solution
Previous experience with telematics, fleet management, fuel cards, or cloud-based applications
Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a preferred qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
History of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience mentoring junior sales associates
Must be proficient with Salesforce; knowledge of Google G Suite is also helpful
