5+ years of product design experience working on complex, data-heavy products across security tools, observability platforms or developer tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating your process and outcomes on products with complex workflows, multi-dimensional data and technical user bases.
Proven ability to design for users who need to make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
Experience working in fast-paced environments (Series A/B startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving product teams).
Track record of implementing or contributing to design systems at growing companies.
Deep understanding of user research methodologies: conducting interviews, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
Strong UI skills and attention to detail.
Experience in developing and maintaining on-brand design system.
Ability to design complex information architectures and data visualisations that make technical information clear and coherent.
Understanding of front-end development fundamentals and designing for dynamic content.
