Role Overview
- Providing services as an independent business entity under a formal independent contractor agreement.
- Support the design and coordination of cutting-edge data center projects across the U.S.
- Responsible for modeling, designing power distribution, security, and life systems, standby generators and UPS systems.
- Performing calculations, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring design accuracy using advanced BIM and electrical engineering tools.
- Collaborate closely with other disciplines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to the full project lifecycle from schematic design through execution.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Proven expertise as an electrical engineer.
- Written and spoken English B1 and higher.
- Experience in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors in medium voltage and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection.
- Experience in various electrical modeling software.
- Hands-on experience using tools and software such as Revit Autodesk, AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power tools, Dialux.
- Experience in working on projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly while meeting project deadlines.
- Self-starters who are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
