Lead the development and execution of strategic field marketing plans in the APJ region, aligning with the sales leaders on their goals and initiatives and focusing on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations, brand visibility, and in-region expansion.
Collaborate closely and regularly with the APJ channel sales team on GTM initiatives with channel partners.
Manage, build and maintain relationships with key channel partners in the region.
Plan and execute regional in-person activities including trade shows, roundtables and unique hosted experiences both with partners and without), ensuring effective pre-event, on-site, and post-event strategies.
Track the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts by analyzing SFDC data and gathering qualitative feedback from the field in an effort to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and key stakeholders to drive collaborative marketing opportunities.
Work closely with members of the marketing team to develop or leverage compelling content, collateral, campaigns and sales tools to support field marketing activities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Based in Singapore
10+ years of experience in an APJ field marketing role (2+ years of cybersecurity industry experience is a plus), and at least 3
5 years of experience working with channel partners
Self-starter who can work independently with the ability to execute flawlessly
Strong attention to detail
Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to travel along within APJ 20% of the time
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; Japanese language proficiency preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, and WordPress systems is a plus
