You'll be working collaboratively with the team to build and evolve robust data pipelines and data warehouse solutions, typically working on one or more projects at a time as well as smaller BAU tasks
Technical teams come to us for advice on integrating with our data platform, and we support product development by making sure high-quality analytics is always available
Have a voice in all our ceremonies from retrospectives, refinement sessions, architectural planning sessions through to social activities, and help the team continuously improve how we work

Requirements
You love shipping great data products and reliable pipelines, not just writing elegant code
You have experience as a Data Engineer, working with Python and SQL
You want to take ownership of production services, and understand how important data is to a modern business
You understand the benefits of CI/CD, automated testing, and agile development
You're curious and constantly learning, and want to continue developing in the role
You are comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment, and are excited by evolving architectures and technologies
You are a team player who thrives in a humble, supportive environment, are happy to pair and help others, and are just as comfortable asking for help yourself
Experience of regulated environments – e.g. finance or healthcare (added bonus)
Exposure to Databricks or Snowflake platforms (added bonus)
Hands-on experience of technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Spark, DBT or Airflow (added bonus)
