Requirements
Hands on experience building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions
Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM/EAM implementations, as a Architect
Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation, and consulting new customers to ServiceNow on the Art of the Possible
Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications including delivery services USPS, UPS, FedEx
A working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR, contracting vehicles, and the nuances is preferred
Bachelor’s degree
CSA, CAD, at least 4 CIS certifications, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
5+ years’ experience in the IT industry with 3+ years’ experience in the ServiceNow platform
Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust Pursuant to a government contract, position requires U.S. Citizenship status
