Interface with internal and external customer and contractor leadership
Provide technical direction to the shift engineers in response to system hardware and software issues; call-in additional engineering skills to solve more complex problems
Coordinate and provide solutions and options to anomalous conditions
Coordinate problem resolutions with external segments by prioritizing system resources
Perform quality control checks across the operations teams ensuring necessary processes and procedures are in place
Support the integration of new hardware and software deliveries
Document system discrepancies
Approve operational procedures
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
Experience with technical program operational domains.
Experience leading technical teams and other engineering teams during problem resolution in the customer environment.
Experience communicating with senior customer and contractor leaders.
Experience in collaborating across customer and contractor boundaries.
Experience in evaluating and assessing program system level requirements and the feasibility of products and interfaces.
Experience planning and executing long and short-term tasks to set and accomplish operational objectives.
An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
