Requirements
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts (according to VOB/B and BGB) in collaboration with project teams and the legal department
Assessing and handling change orders, claims and contractual risks during project execution
Supporting tendering and procurement processes in close coordination with procurement and project management
Monitoring contractual frameworks and enforcing rights and obligations vis-à-vis clients and subcontractors
