Design digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and storefront assets using AI-assisted workflows, from initial concept to polished deliverable
Produce visually appealing work that aligns with company objectives and enhances our brand across multiple platforms
Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Weavy, Stable Diffusion or similar) to explore creative directions faster, then refine them with your graphic design eye
Build and document reusable AI-assisted templates and prompt libraries that help the wider team produce consistent, on-brand assets at scale
Contribute to global asset libraries and ensure systematic, scalable design across platforms
Partner with CRM and Paid teams to produce assets and support the visual strategy behind those channels
Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers to execute creative projects end-to-end
Stay on top of new AI design tools and models, evaluate them, experiment, and bring your findings back to the team
Participate in brainstorming sessions, receive feedback from peers and senior members, and iterate quickly
Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and creative range**
Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI in your design process, you can walk us through how you use it, show examples, and talk about what works and what doesn’t
Proficiency with generative AI tools for visual design (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Weavy, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar) used regularly, not just experimentally
Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with Google Workspace
Ability to take ownership of a brief, present work to non-creatives, and incorporate feedback constructively
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and able to get things done in a fast-moving environment
Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is a bonus, especially if AI tools are part of that workflow
